A motorcyclist has been airlifted to a London hospital after a crash near Westerham.

The bike collided with a Ford Transit van and the rider suffered a suspected head injury and an arm fracture. He has been taken by helicopter to St George's Hospital.

Police, paramedics and the air ambulance was called to the scene at Beggars Lane, just off the M25, at around 11am.

A Kent Police spokesman said his injuries are not believed to be life-threatening.
