A 40-year-old man who was reported missing after he failed to attend a hospital appointment has been found safe and well.

Jeremy Lewis, of Harrison Way, left his property at about 2pm on Tuesday and it is believed he was heading to a hospital appointment.

He never turned up and police grew increasingly concerned for his welfare. However, he returned to his home last night.
