Donald Trump has been revealed as the celebrity guy at the famous Edenbridge bonfire display this year.

The controversial US presidential candidate will take pride of place at the annual display - complete with the head of Hillary Clinton.

The 36-feet tall effigy is trouserless and striking one of Trump's signature poses.

"The Donald" has courted controversy over the extensive election campaign, with disparaging remarks about women - with one outburst even recorded.

Now, with days to go before the US vote, it seems the polls are nearly neck and neck, with one today giving Trump a small lead.

But there is one vote the billionaire can be assured of... the right to be the guy at the annual Kent display this Saturday.

Previous "winners" have included disgraced FIFA president Sepp Blatter, Jose Manuel Barroso, former European Commission president, and broadcaster Katie Hopkins.
