Church hall in Kemsing High Street destroyed in blaze

A wooden church hall has been destroyed by fire.

It happened in High Street, Kemsing, near Sevenoaks, at 12.40am this morning.

Four fire engines were called, a crew from Sevenoaks, Westerham and two back-ups from Dartford, to the scene.

Around 20 firefighters tackled the blaze until about 3am.

No one was hurt in the incident.

The cause is being investigated.
