An elderly man has been taken to a London hospital following a fall.
It's understood police, ambulance crews and the Kent Air Ambulance were called to the incident which happened at Hilltop Racing in High Street, Minster, just before 3pm today.
The road was closed to traffic while the emergency services dealt with the patient who is believed to be in his 90s.
The extent of his injuries are not known.
