Three cars have been involved in a crash in Sheerness Town Centre this afternoon.

It happened in Millennium Way at about 4pm.

The vehicles, a green Peugeot, a silver Renault Clio and a black Renault, collided outside the Om Medical Centre.

One woman was receiving treatment at the scene for a suspected neck injury.

Another woman is thought to have injured an arm.

The road remains open with police directing traffic around the accident which happened as the cars headed towards the traffic lights opposite the Old House at Home pub.

An ambulance car remains at the scene.
