Robber Liam White back behind bars after absconding from Standford Hill prison on Isle of Sheppey

A robber who was on the run after fleeing from Standford Hill prison on Sheppey is back behind bars.

Liam White, 23, who is serving a sentence for robbery, went missing from prison on Monday.

Police confirmed he was now being held, after being on the run for around three days.

White left the prison with a black bag on his shoulder, wearing a dark green poncho style rain coat.
