Paramedics were called to reports that a woman had collapsed in a popular store.
She is believed to have fainted while shopping.
An ambulance spokesman said: "We received reports that a woman in her 80s had collapsed at 12.45 in the High street, Sheerness.
"A crew attended and treated the patient at the scene then transferred her to Medway Maritime Hospital for further treatment."
