Two cars and a motorbike have collided at Mill Way roundabout, Sittingbourne by BP garage

Police and ambulance crews attended at the scene of a car accident on a busy roundabout.

Eyewitnesses saw two cars with hazards on the right hand lane just coming up to the Mill Way roundabout by the BP garage, with a motorbike laying in the road on the roundabout.

A police car and ambulance services were at the scene, with the rider of the motorbike being cared for in the ambulance.

A police spokesman said: "Kent Police was called at 10.11am on Friday 15 July to a report of a collision between a car and a motorbike in Mill Way, Sittingbourne.

"Officers attended along with South East Coast Ambulance Service and no serious injuries were believed to be reported."

Traffic was backed up past the Milton Regis Conservative Club towards the Stumble Inn pub but has now cleared.
