A silver vehicle was involved in a collision with a lorry at 11.45am on the approach to the Stockbury Roundabout.
Police were called and delays are expected on the Maidstone-bound carriageway.
Queues are reportedly back to the A2 at Key Street.
No serious injuries were reported and recovery crews are currently at the scene.
