Delays were reported after a crash on M2 during rush-hour.

A lane of the motorway was closed following the accident, which happened London-bound between junction 5 for the A249 at Stockbury Roundabout and junction 4 for Gillingham.

Following the collision, which reportedly involved three cars, traffic was at a standstill.

All lanes have since reopened and the earlier delays have now cleared.
