Fire crews are at the scene of a house after the roof caught alight.

Residents in the area of Hazel Street, Stockbury are being advised to keep windows and doors closed as a precaution while crews deal with a house fire in the area.

Four fire engines have been sent to the incident and crews wearing breathing apparatus are dealing with the blaze involving the roof of the property.

It is believed that everyone is accounted for and the cause of the fire is not yet known.
