Fireworks displays in and around Sittingbourne and Sheppey 2016

Don't want to miss out on the big bangs? Firework night is around the corner and we have put together a list of displays so no one gets a rocket for missing them.

Minster County Primary School will have a bonfire, bar, barbecue and refreshments from 6pm on Friday.
Tickets £5 adults and £3 children from school office, Sheerness Toy Store or on the gate.

There will be fireworks at the Heights of Alma pub at 1 Alma Street, Sheerness.
It's on from 6pm on Friday and jacket potatoes will be served. Entry is free.

Sheppey Sports Club (Stevedores) in Halfway will be hosting a display.
Attractions will include a burger bar, candyfloss, toffee apples, free children’s shows and small funfair.
Doors open at 6pm on Friday and the fireworks will be ready for lift off from 8pm.

Doddington’s Palace Farm will once again host the village’s annual fireworks extravaganza from 5.30pm on Saturday.
The farm’s campsite in Down Court Road (ME9 0AU) will have a bonfire, being lit at 6.30pm, and a display from 7pm.
There will also be a bar, hot food and free parking.
Entry will be £6 for adults and £2 children, free for under 5s.

Teynham Primary School is to host a firework display on Guy Fawkes Night.
The gates open at 6.15pm on Saturday.
Tickets are £6 adults, £2.40 for children and £16 for families (two adults and three children).
They will be available from the school office or on the night.

Upchurch Scout Group puts on one of the biggest displays in the county.
What started as a small village event has grown to become one of the largest in Kent.
Gates at Westmoor Farm, off the A2 at Upchurch between Sittingbourne and Rainham, open at 5pm on Saturday.
The bonfire will be lit at 6.30pm, following a parade of the guy through the crowds, and the first rocket will be launched at 6.45pm.
Tickets are £7 adults, £5 under 16s, family ticket (two adults and two children) £20, free for under 2s. Free parking.

The Black Lion pub in Lynsted is to host a display on Saturday.
It's on from 7.30pm and the fireworks are set to go skywards from 8pm.
There will also be an outdoor BBQ and a disco inside. Free entry.

Sheerness Co-op Sports and Social Club, St George’s Avenue, Sheerness will have an outdoor bar, burger van, ice cream van and bouncy castle from 6.30pm on Saturday.
Entry £3 on the gate.

Sheppey Rugby Club, Lower Road, Minster hosts their annual bonfire and fireworks on Saturday.
There will be a funfair, stalls, face-painting and a disco. Gates open at 6pm.
Entry is £10 per car (including four people) or £5 for walk-ins.

Regis Manor Primary School will be lighting up the skies above Sittingbourne with a musical display from 5.30pm next Friday, November 11.
Its annual firework extravaganza will include a barbecue, bonfire, fairground rides, inflatables, games, a hog roast and more.
Tickets are £5 and adults and £4 for children if bought in advance and an extra £1 if bought on the gate.
They will be on sale at the school or via its Facebook page.
