Air ambulance lands at scene of serious crash at A274 Headcorn Road, Biddenden

Emergency crews including the air ambulance have been called to the scene of a serious crash.

It happened on the A274 Headcorn Road between Cot Lane and the A262 Tenterden Road.

The air ambulance landed at 11.50am.

Bryan Chittil of nearby Summers Motors said customers had been speaking about the serious crash.

He said: "I believe that the crash involved two Mitsubishi vehicles, a pick-up truck and a car."

Ambulance spokesman Rich Airey said two ambulances and the air ambulance were called to the scene.

Two patients were taken to William Harvey Hospital, including a woman in her 20s.
