Appeal after sex assault in Ramsgate alleyway

Police investigating a report of a sexual assault in Ramsgate have identified a man they wanted to speak to.

The alleged attack happened in an alleyway near Prestedge Avenue at around 5pm on Tuesday, June 6.

Detectives issued a photo of a man they wanted to speak to.

They say he has now come forward and is helping police with their inquiries.

No arrests have been made.
