No one was at the property and no arrests were made at the time, but a 24-year-old Chatham man has since been arrested.

He was taken into custody last Sunday on suspicion of drug-driving and possessing cannabis, and was then further arrested and questioned on suspicion of cultivating cannabis.

He has since been released while the investigation continues.
