Police make four arrests after heroin and cocaine found in High Street, Margate

A Margate woman and four teenagers have been arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply Class A drugs.

Heroin and cocaine with an estimated street value of about £1,000 were seized by officers at a property in High Street on Tuesday.

Officers also uncovered more than £1,000 in cash at the address.

A police spokesman said: "A 38-year-old woman from Margate, a 17-year-old boy from Essex, a 16-year old girl from Essex, and a 16-year-old boy of no fixed address were arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply Class A drugs.

"They have been released on police bail until December 10 pending further enquiries."
