A golf club has reportedly been burgled in an overnight break-in.

Police were called to the report at the premises in Canterbury Road, near to the junction with Domneva Road, in Westgate-on-Sea yesterday shortly after midnight.

A window was reported damaged during the incident and officers searched the area.

Inquiries are ongoing to comfirm what, if anything, was stolen.
