A28 Canterbury Road repopen following serious crash at Nicholas At Wade Roundabout Birchington

A man has been airlifted to hospital with serious injuries after a crash between two motorbikes.

It happened at the St Nicholas At Wade Roundabout at Birchington at 10.13am this morning.

The other rider was also taken to a hospital, but escaped with minor injuries.

Part of the A28 Canterbury Road towards Birchington has been closed.

The road was reopened at about 3.15pm this afternoon.
