Ramsgate: Emergency services called to Prestedge Avenue after motorbike hit car

Emergency services were called out this afternoon after a motorcyclist hit a stationary car.

It happened shortly before 3pm in Prestedge Avenue, Ramsgate and the motorcyclist is said to have minor injuries.

A police spokesman said: "Kent Police was called at 2.53pm on Saturday 11 November 2017 to a collision reported to involve a motorcyclist and a stationary vehicle on Prestedge Avenue, Ramsgate.

"Officers attended the scene with Kent Fire and Rescue Service and South East Coast Ambulance Service.

"The motorcyclist suffered injuries that were described as minor."
