Police attend 'serious collision' involving motorcyclist in Hereson Road, Ramsgate

A road in Ramsgate has reopened after what is believed to be a serious collision.

The ambulance service and police were called to Hereson Road, by Lillian Road, about 1.35pm today.

The two-vehicle collision prompted a temporary closure of the road.

It is thought a motorcyclist was involved in the incident.

Social media reports suggests passers-by offered first aid to the those involved before professional help arrived.
