Police have released images of a man they want to speak to following an assault in Margate which left the victim in hospital.

They received reports that a man was assaulted in The Gallery bar in the town's Cecil Square at 2.30am on Sunday.

The victim was taken to hospital where he was treated for injuries to his face and chest and has since been released.
