Tonbridge: Walters Farm Road flat fire

Firefighters were called to a blaze in a block of flats.

Crews were called to an incident at 2.55pm where they tackled the fire on a first floor balcony in Walters Farm Road, Tonbridge.

They extinguished the fire on using a specialist fog spike to put out hotspots.

They remained on scene to cut away exterior cladding to the seven storey building, to check for fire spread.

They left the scene at 8.30pm.
