Tonbridge: Police helicopter deployed as burglary suspect arrested in Higham Road

A police helicopter was scrambled in Tonbridge last night as officers searched for two people wanted in connection with a number of burglaries.

The aircraft was spotted circling the town shortly after 12am this morning.

A 19-year-old woman was arrested in Higham Road. She remains in custody.

Officers are continuing to search for the other suspect.
