Third man arrested after alleged sexual assault in Hectorage Road, Tonbridge

A third man has been arrested in connection with an alleged sexual assault that sparked a police helicopter search.

The helicopter was seen flying over south Tonbridge after police were called to Hectorage Lane at 11.42am on Tuesday July 8.

A 38-year-old man from Tonbridge was arrested on the afternoon of Wednesday July 9 and is being held in custody.

A 37-year-old man and a 53-year-old man, both from Tonbridge, were arrested on Tuesday.

All three men have now been bailed until Thursday September 4.

The alleged victim was revealed as a woman in her 30s from West Kent.
