Emergency services were called to an early morning collision after a car left the road and hit a brick wall.
It happened at 3.20am on the A268 in Hawkhurst, close to the junction with Tongswood Drive.
A VW Golf left the carriageway and hit the eight foot wall, injuring a woman in her 20s.
Firefighters stabilised the car and led the woman to safety before handing her over to ambulance crews.
They were there for just over an hour.
An ambulance spokesman confirmed one crew attended and one patient with a hand injury was treated before being taken to Tunbridge Wells Hospital.
