Lane closures will be enforced on parts of the A21 between Pembury and Lamberhurst to put up deer warning signs.
The restrictions will take place between 9pm and 5am and are due to start on Monday. (April 7)
The lane closures will take place on parts of the road that are a dual carriageway. Traffic lights will be used to control traffic on the single carriageway.
Work is planned to finish on the morning of Sunday, April 14.
Then, on Saturday, April 12 a lane closure will also be in place on the London-bound carriageway of the A21 Pembury Road.
This is to remove trees and will go on for five days.
It will be carried out between 9.30am and 3.30pm.
