Tunbridge Wells man arrested after horse box and motorcycle stolen three years ago found in Crowborough

A horse box and a motorcycle which officers believe was stolen some three years ago have been recovered by Kent Police in Crowborough.

Officers from the Rural Task Force attended a property in Hoadley Lane on Sunday where they noticed a suspicious vehicle.

Enquiries led to the discovery of a horse box, understood to have been stolen from the Sussex area, and a motorcycle on false number plates that had been reported stolen from Sevenoaks in 2015.

A 45-year-old man from Tunbridge Wells who was at the address was arrested on suspicion of theft and later bailed to return to the police station on Thursday, April 26.
