Driver's poor parking in Tunbridge Wells

A newly-qualified driver found themselves in spot of bother when they tried to park - and ended up with their car in the air.

The motorist, who had passed their test two weeks ago, had attempted to park in Tunbridge Wells but appear to have driven over a bollard, leading their vehicle suspended.

They were helped by passing members of Kent Police's special constabulary, who tweeted a picture of the scene.

They said: "Some poor parking in Tunbridge Wells dealt with - and only a couple of weeks after passing his driving test ."

If it's any consolation to the driver, their parking was nothing compared to the recent incident in Sheerness when a car ended up on top of another vehicle in the Tesco car park.
