Officers are currently carrying out an investigation into the circumstances.

Two forensics teams in white suits were seen on the second floor of the multi-storey building, and one remained this lunchtime.

The car park itself, which is close to Tunbridge Wells railway station, has been cordoned off while inquiries take place and officers have been at the entrance, diverting drivers.

An ambulance and ambulance car were sent to the scene this morning, where paramedics confirmed the death.

It is the same car park where, in 2006, the body of murdered teenager Terry Edmonds was found in a suitcase.
