A woman from London has been arrested in connection with the supply of heroin and crack cocaine.

Plain clothes officers operating in Tunbridge Wells also arrested a local man, following reports of suspicious behaviour today.

Patrols initially stopped the man, aged 39, after he was seen walking in St Mark’s Road at around 1.20pm.

A search warrant was then executed at an address Chenies Close, where officers located an 18-year-old woman from Camberwell, London. A number of wraps were seized from the property.

Both suspects were arrested and later released pending an ongoing investigation.
