Three boys have been arrested in connection with an alleged attempted robbery in Tunbridge Wells at gunpoint.
Police were called to Brokes Way after a report two teenage boys had been threatened with what appeared to be a firearm.
Officers have since arrested three youths - all aged under 16 - and have retrieved an imitation firearm, described as an antique musket.
A police spokesman said: "All three suspects have been bailed further pending enquiries until Thursday, September 11."
Apart from a soft drink which one of the victims was carrying, nothing else was reported stolen in the incident at about 6pm on Friday.
