Cars crash into ditch in Queen Street, Paddock Wood

A 28-year-old man is fighting for life in a London hospital after a crash in Paddock Wood which left two cars in a ditch.

A three-year-old girl also suffered leg injuries and a 21-year-old man suffered arm injuries. They were both taken to hospital.

It came after silver Ford Focus and a dark green Ford Focus travelling along Queen Street in the same direction at 5.10pm yesterday left the road an ended up in a deep ditch.

 Senior investigating officer detective sergeant Scott Lynch said: "I am appealing for anyone who may have seen these two vehicles driving in the Paddock Wood area prior to the crash, to call the Serious Collision Investigation Unit on 01622 798538 quoting reference DJ/14/17."
