Firefighters tackle blaze in storage contained in Smarden Road, Marden, Headcorn

Firefighters have tackled a container fire that broke out in Headcorn today.

The fire service was called to Smarden Road in Marden to reports of the blaze.

One fire engine attended and crews used a two hose reel to extinguish the flames which destroyed a transport container.
