Bentletts Scrap Yard, Collier Street: Plans for 25 high-end homes by Wealden Ltd

A rural scrap yard could soon go from trash to treasure after plans for a high-end development were submitted.

Wealden Ltd is proposing to build 25 homes at Bentletts Scrap Yard at the junction of Claygate Road and Collier Street near Laddingford.

The 2.5hectare lorry breakers yard sits in the middle of a patchwork of fields and isolated blocks of houses and falls within Collier Street parish.
