A man was taken to hospital after a fire broke out at an Edenbridge flat.
Crews were called to the kitchen blaze at Templar Court in Wayside Drive at 2.35am today.
At its height six pumps were used to quell the blaze on the fourth floor of the building.
The flat was estimated to be 90% damaged by fire.
A man was taken to hospital suffering smoke inhalation and a woman was treated at the scene.
