Three men and one woman injured in crash in Sponden Lane, Sandhurst, near Hawkhurst

Three men and one woman needed medical attention after their car crashed into a tree and overturned. 

The casualties were treated at the scene of the yesterday's incident in Sponden Lane, Sandhurst, before they were taken to hospital by South East Coast Ambulance. 

Two of the occupants suffered facial injuries. Another sustained a head wound and complained of back pain. 

Crews from Kent Fire and Rescue Service were called to the smash at around 10.15am.

The road was closed until emergency services left just before 11.50am.
