The project starts on October 9th and provides free 12-week courses with a view to improving participant’s health and physical activity levels. To be eligible for the project participants must be inactive (0-1 days physical activity a week) and be looking to improve their health by lowering blood pressure, BMI or risk of Diabetes etc. Participants will receive a health MOT on week 1 and 12, as well as free exercise sessions and nutritional advice to work towards improving results and sustaining a healthy, active lifestyle.
