Cider Making Course - Brogdale Collections

A fun day learning about the history of cider and getting "hands on" with cider making.
The cider making day will start at Brogdale Farm with a history of cider making in Kent as well as covering the health and safety aspects of making cider for commercial use and cider making at home, this is a great time for a bit of Q&A and get your queries answered. You will then spend the rest of the morning getting ‘hands on’ with cider making, learning valuable skills from the knowledgeable founder of Woolly Pig Cider.

After lunch you will Visit the Woolly Pig Cider shed you can analyse the difference in juices and apples, their acidity and how this affects the resulting cider. Finishing off with tasting, this course promises to be a fun day out as well as a great learning experience, starting you on your path to successful cider making at home.

You will need: Sensible clothing and pen/pad for note taking.
