Tai Chi for Diabetes

A 9 week course starting 15th January.
Why not learn something new and improve your health at the same time? Tai chi and Qigong can be done by those of all ages and abilities. Even if you need to sit down, everyone can take part in this gentle class. You don't have to have diabetes to join in!

You'll learn a simple sequence so that you can practice at home on your own. Be guided by an experienced teacher.
