Promise me, you’ll wait for me... the immortal lines of Beverley Craven’s No1 hit from 1991 are bound to be crowd-pleasers when the singer appears at Folkestone’s Leas Cliff Hall.

Beverley received a Brit Award in 1992 for Best British Newcomer and had more chart success in 1993 with the singles Love Scenes and Mollie’s Song.

In 1999, her third album, Mixed Emotions, was critically well-received and, 10 years later, Beverley is back with new release Close to Home.
