Who doesn’t love a whodunnit?

Agatha Christie’s A Murder Is Announced will be keeping audiences guessing next week at the Orchard Theatre in Dartford.

Middle Ground Theatre Company present this production adapted for the stage by Leslie Darbon and starring Tunbridge Wells-based actress, and former star of Bergerac, Doctor Who and Tenko, Louise Jameson.

Louise leads a pedigree cast including Janet Dibley from The Two Of Us and Doctors, Tom Butcher from The Bill, Sarah Thomas from Last Of The Summer Wine, Dean Smith from Waterloo Road and Lucy Evans from Coronation Street.

The residents of Chipping Cleghorn are astonished to read an advert that a murder will take place this coming Friday at Little Paddocks.

Unable to resist, the group gather at the house... when the lights go out and a gun is fired. Miss Marple must unravel a complex series of relationships and events to solve who did, indeed, do it.

The show, now on its third year of touring, comes to the Orchard Theatre from Tuesday, August 15 to Saturday, August 19.
