Kent Reliance and kmfm launch Project Kent 2018

The team at kmfm has once again teamed up with Kent Reliance to help community projects across the county - but they need your help.

They’re on the hunt for those special, local projects that are in need of a revamp, a makeover or just a little spruce up. Maybe your community hall needs a lick of paint, or your school garden needs a tidy, or how about a deep clean of the scout hut or a helping hand in the village allotments?

Whatever is it - big or small - simply nominate your community project that is in need of kmfm’s and Kent Reliance help.

Last year's Project Kent saw our band of volunteers transform Farthing Corner Community Centre in Gillingham with a full makeover of the kitchen, changing room, hallway and bathroom.

They also visited Beltinge Day Nursery, near Herne Bay, where they worked hard to refresh the outdoor play area space and lay new soft play flooring.

It's easy to apply, all you need to do is tell us the work that needs to be done in your local area.

Remember, whether it is painting, fixing a roof, helping clear rubbish or something a little more challenging; we want to hear from you!
