A man has been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder after a man in his 20s was stabbed in Whitstable.
Police were called to reports of an assault at a house in Edgar Close where a crime scene was set up by officers.
The injured man was airlifted to a London hospital in a serious condition, having suffered stab wounds.
A 14-year-old girl was arrested soon after the incident at 10.30pm on Tuesday but has since been released without charge.
A 23-year-old man from Whitstable has now been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder, while an 18-year-old woman from the town has been arrested on suspicion of assisting an offender.
They remain in custody while enquiries are ongoing.
The man's injuries are not thought to be life-threatening.
