Police were called to Borstal Hill, Whitstable at about 8.20am.
Officers and ambulance crews attended and the female driver of the Volkswagen was treated at the scene.
Traffic is slow for motorists heading out of the town centre towards Long Reach roundabout.
No other vehicles were involved.
