Tesco Whitstable crash: Emergency crews at the scene

A female motorcyclist has been taken to hospital after a crash outside a supermarket.

Emergency crews were called to the entrance of Tesco Extra in Milstrood Road, Whitstable, at around 3pm.

Fire crews, paramedics and police were all at the scene.

A female motorcyclist was treated by ambulance crews at the scene and taken to the William Harvey Hospital in Ashford.

A police spokesman said: "Police received a report of a collision involving a car and a moped at 3.05pm."
