Driver injured after car overturns

At least one person has been injured in a crash that left a car on its roof this evening.

The accident happened just after 8pm on Whitstable Road on the outskirts of Canterbury.

Eyewitnesses reported two police cars and an ambulance at the scene, where a car had overturned.

An ambulance was targeted by thieves as paramedics responded to an emergency.

It is thought only one vehicle was involved in the crash.
