A woman has been arrested on suspicion of assault after a 60-year-old man was stabbed at a house in Whitstable.
The man was taken by air ambulance from Wheatley Road to a hospital in London last night at about 8pm.
His condition is described as stable.
The 46-year-old woman, from Herne Bay, is believed to be known to the victim.
She has now been released on bail until Sunday, April 23.
