A luxury fashion brand has opened its second Kent store, offering large discounts.

Visitors to the Ashford Designer Outlet will now be able to shop at Kate Spade New York, previously only available in the county at Bluewater.

The company was founded in 1993 and specialises in handbags, clothing and accessories.

The Outlet store is offering shoppers up to 60% off the recommended retail price.

About the new arrival, Ashford Designer Outlet's manager Peter Corr said: “We’re delighted to welcome Kate Spade to McArthurGlen Designer Outlet Ashford.

"As an established, global luxury brand, Kate Spade has a unique and sophisticated style which we know will appeal to our guests.

This opening has been long-awaited, some signs of its upcoming entry being present since at least February.
