Teenage boy attacked by group in Victoria Park, Ashford

A boy was taken to hospital after being attacked by a group of teenagers in an Ashford park.

The incident happened near the blue bridge which connects Victoria Park to Beaver Road.

Police have launched a witness appeal following the attack, which happened at about 4.20pm on Saturday.

The victim, who is also a teenager, is now recovering.

A day after the incident, the underpass between Ashford International station and the Designer Outlet was taped off following reports of a sexual assault.
